Daily writing prompt
If you could have dinner with any fictional character, who would it be?
I don’t know what I could add to the banter, but I’d wanna be there to hear it. On second thought, I could explain why I’d be an asset to the Enterprise and end up an interstellar traveler.
Notice Mr. Spock isn’t holding a mug of beer. Perhaps he doesn’t see any logic in consuming alcohol. Or, he plans to play a game of three-dimensional chess and doesn’t want his Vulcan mind impaired.
Notice the combustible Irish Dr. McCoy is much further along than Captain Kirk. Perhaps Kirk has already ogled an exotic beauty across the bar and wants to make sure he’s razor sharp when delivering his cheesy pick-up line. Either way, I’d like to be in their company for a night.
